We are happy to provide you with many options on your award item. 

-Browse the items available in your award amount OR click on the CUSTOM SEARCH button on the top right corner to do a more detailed search OR click on NAME BRAND SEARCH if you prefer to search by brand name

-If you choose an item from the NAME BRAND SEARCH please copy & paste the item into an email to, those items will not load into the shopping cart at this time.

-Add the desired item to your cart and submit the order if you are the authorized purchaser, if you are not the authorized purchaser please send them the link for the item you desire and they will have to complete the order

-Upon receipt of order we try to have an order acknowledgement back to you within 24-48 hours.  Please double check the details to ensure accuracy.  The order is not placed until we get you approval to proceed with the order.

Each item is different in the way that the USFS shield is applied.  Some items it is a direct print, engraving or embroidery, while some items require a zipper pull, award plate or luggage tag which is mailed separately.  Most items get the USFS shield only but there are some things that can have the recipients name and dates of service added.  These details will be noted on your order acknowledgement.

There will be an $18 charge added to watches for the engraving to be added to the backside of the watch.

Orders are shipped directly to the purchaser via UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Standard shipping & handling cost ranges from $18-$25 per item, larger and heavy items  (luggage, golf items, mantle clocks, etc) may be more and will be quoted on your acknowledgment.  Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be more OR can be shipped using your shipper number.

We strive to provide you with a quick turn around time of approximately 1-2 weeks.  Items that are directly printed, debossed, engraved, etc. usually take a little longer while items that get the tag, zipper pull or award plate typically ship blank and the award piece is mailed separately.  If an item is out of stock we do our best to notify you as soon as possible so a decision can be made about waiting or making another award selection. 

Due to COVID there are circumstances beyond our control.  Shipping times are sometimes extended due to stock not being available or staffing issues.  We strive to make you aware of any delays.
