Please note prices in catalogs are for blank items. For items costing over $100.00 the Forest Service Shield can be debossed at no extra cost. For items costing under $100.00 the Shield cost is $10.00. Years of Service fee is $12.50 per item. Personalization adds $6.00 for initials and $12.00 for a full name per item.

When orders are received, typically your staff contact will be faxed an acknowledgement for approval to proceed. After your award ships, the staff contact is faxed a final invoice for payment. Estimated Shipping Costs: $50-$99 add $10.00 $100-$174 add $15.00
